Once you arrive in Via San Vitale, follow the instructions supplied by our signs.
By Car:
From Florence take the A1 South, exiting at Val di Chiana, then take the S75 Bettolle-Perugia connection (towards Perugia) and continue towards Assisi.
From Rome take the A1 North, exit at Orte, then take the E45 and continue towards Perugia-Todi. At the crossroad head towards the S75, to Assisi.
Exit at ASSISI Rivotorto and travel towards Capodacqua-Viole along the Via del Sacro Tugurio road. At the next 4-way crossing, continue towards Assisi along the Via Assisana road until you enter a small town called Viole. Once you pass the arch, take the first right on Via San Vitale then follow our directions.
By train - Plan your trip by train with:

From/to Milan there are several Eurostar trains available daily that will take you to Florence (the Santa Maria Novella station).Alternatively, there is a direct train for Milan and for Assisi. Upon arrival at the Assisi train station, there are plenty of Taxi's available (tel.+39 075 813100).
From/to Rome there are several Eurostar trains available daily taking the Rome-Ancona route; Depending on the scheduled routes, the trains will either stop at the Assisi station or at Foligno (very close to Assisi and connected to Assisi by a regional train).
From/to Florence you must take a regional train to Assisi. From/to Florence there are direct regional trains for Assisi approximately every hour.
By Airplane - Airport of Perugia Sant’Egidio:
There are two daily flights between Milan-Malpensa and Perugia-Sant'Egidio (for information: tel. +39 075 592141). There are also three weekly flights with Ryanair between London-Stansted, Paris and Bruxelles.
The airport is approximately 15km from Assisi (15-20 minutes by car). Once you've arrived at the Perugia airport there are plenty of taxi's available (tel. +39 075 5004888). Car rentals are also available at the airport.
