We offer a regionally inspired cuisine. The base is our organic olive oil.

The philosophy: do by ourself and know "the face" of our food suppliers (we do not like the brands and chains).
Our "insanely healthy" project is to try, slowly, to be totally self-sufficient. You’ll find out once you will visit us...

In our restaurant we tried to create an atmosphere that "feeds" ... also of ideas, something to discover on the place ... New: Discover Our Olive Oil Bar at Le Mandrie!

Ceremonies

The elegance of the limestone rock of Assisi, the unique view of the Umbrian valley and the silence of the woods of oaks, makes Le Mandrie the ideal setting for weddings, corporate events and cerimonies.

Each guest will feel two elements: the beauty of nature and the landscape. We are equipped with wireless Internet access, audio and video system and all services suitable to accommodate small events.
Above all, we put maximum seriousness, humanity and professionalism (knowledge of foreign languages and attention to detail).
