What makes this restaurant different is that we don’t buy food but we produce it. In a biological way. Our chefs cook with pride and transfers it to the dishes. The people who serve you the food at the table pf the restaurant of trattoria close the cycle trying to best explain it to you. The cuisine is regionally inspired and aims to be healthy. With our food, we don’t presume to heal people but, at least, we try.
